1. Salt Soak- Add desired amount to warm water and soak skin. 

2. Sugar Scrub- Gently massage onto foot and lower leg. Rinse thoroughly with water. 

3. Mud Masque- Apply onto the foot and lower leg. Leave for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. 

4. Massage Butter- Massage onto foot and lower leg until thoroughly absorbed.
